Going paperless to raise environmental awareness in Abu Dhabi
The Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD) along with 12 other government institutions went paperless on Thursday to mark World Environment Day. Gayathri Raghwa, Specialist Programme developer for Environment Education at EAD, told Gulf News that the idea is to take steps towards an office of the future with reduced paper use, in the UAE and worldwide.
